Glimmer Glass Album by Gaëlle
Hi everyone,
Today I’m going to show you a mini album, with a Garden Journal Glimmer Glass Album.
I loved playing with the different sized and folded pages within.
I started by coloring the center of the cover with the Turquoise Blue Glimmer Mist. Then I used a tree Glimmer Screen, and the Sunflower and Key Lime Pie Mists. The I added some stamps and embellishments.

I used colorfull printed papers and played with the same colors of Glimmer Mists. Here I colored the page with the Sunflower, then I used the branch Glimmer Screen, and the Red Velvet Mist.

For this page, I colored the area with the Sunflower Glimmer Mist, then I used the bird Glimmer Screen, and the Key Lime Pie Glimmer Mist.

There, I colored the full area with the Turquoise Blue.

On the left page, I colored with the Key Lime Pie and Turquoise Blue.

And there I colored the right page with the Red Velvet Glimmer Mist.

I really love combining the Glimmer Mists with the colors of the papers, and embellishments. Handwriting all the journaling gives a cool personnal style.
I just filled a few pages but there is a lot more in this album.
I hope that this will inspire you,
Take care,
Gaëlle.

Hi everyone, this is Gaëlle from France
Today I’m going to show you a mini album I made with the Nature Chip Tile Kit. A gorgeous kit, wit green, red and brown mist colors, that was perfect for my photos of a family trip we made for Christmas 2008.
I made the covers and pages with the embossed tiles. I colored the first cover with the Mustard Seed Glimmer Mist. I also used the leaf mask with the Burnt Red Glimmer Mist, and the Suede Mist on the tag. I cut the word “Explore” in a bingo card for the title. Than I sticked the ribon and a Glimmer Glass, and wrote a few words.

For all the album, I printed and resized my 5 photos at the size of the tiles. Then for every double page, you have a photo with embellishments included in the kit, and an embossed tile colored with the mists and decorated.

Do not hesitate to stack elements…

To color the tiles, you can use the Glimmer Glasses as some masks, as I did here with the butterflies :

I wanted to keep an embossed side for the last cover, so the last double page doesn’t have any embossed part, that’s why I covered one page with the beautifull green printed paper :

Then the last cover, colored with the Mustard Seed, and Burnt Red + Glimmer Glass :

Have great holidays and take care !

Hello from France !
Hi everyone,
Gaëlle here today for the first time on tattered Angels blog, I hope that my english will be ok !
Today I’m going to show you 3 layouts using Graphic 45 gorgeous papers, and of course Tattered Angels products.
First a layout about my daughter’s 5th birthday !

For this layout I used the Red Velvet Glimmer Mist on a tag, and the backgroud with a Glimmer screen. I colored a butterfly chipboard with a small sponge and Tiger Lily Mist, and once it was dried, I sanded it. I used the clear stamps and embossed the butterfly with a yellow powder, at the bottom of the layout. Just a bit of Arctic Blue mist to finish
In this layout, as in the two others, I put some masking tape, and self-adhesive eyelets, to get a freestyle touch.
The second layout is about my girls meeting Mickey at Disneyland…what a great moment !
Red Velvet mist with a screen, and Turquoise mist anywhere you want
Also a bit of Arctic Blue. I stamped the butterfly with black ink, and I embossed the clock in yellow. For the title, I colored the chipboard letters with the Turquoise Mist, and sanded them. I put some embellishments, and ended by acrylic red paint.
And, to finish, a page called “conte de fées”, wich means “Fairy Tale”.
I colored the bingo card with the Sunflower mist, and also the background with a screen (I love this branch stencil !). Turquoise mist again, on the tag and on the “Regal” glimmer chip. I used the Coffee mist on a piece of fabric. I choose coordinate embellishments like flowers, and a mirror Glass. The title word “Fées”, is made as on the previous layout : Sunflower mist, and sanding. And turquoise acrylic paint for the circles.
Have a great day, take care !
Gaëlle.
