This month we are doing a blog hop between Tattered Angels And Prima!! There couldn’t be a better union.
I have created a few projects using both manufacturers you might like. Tattered Angels can be used so many ways. From the subtle to the bright and bold.
You may not see much Glimmer Mist on this page but I have used a TON on it
I created this canvas bow and drew polkadots on it with a Sharpie paint pen. The pen created a resist. I sprayed it with Candy Apple Red. I used a Prima mask with Candy Apple Red and then sprayed over the entire background with Iridescent Gold. It helped the Candy Apple bleed and created a watercolored affect. I splattered Grand Tetons Glimmer Glam to finish off the background.
Next I created this Altered book. Using Prima papers and flowers and Glimmer Mist as paints.
I used Old Lace to alter the edges of the cover.
On the interior I used the Glimmer Mist as watercolor paints and applied them with a paintbrush. Colors used Patina, Sea Glass, Old Lace, Coffee Shop, Crushed Shells, Sun Sisters, and Olive Vine.
Last I created this altered Canvas. I used The Chalkboard mists Decadence. The opaque finish works amazing on top of Gel Medium.
Make sure to look at Tattered Angel’s and Prima’s Blog for more inspiration
Now go create something colorful.
Hugs
